OBIVis a think - tank. Its major goals
are; to study and foster socio - political relations of Turkey with
countries in the Middle East, Balkans and Eurasia regions and to spread
out and exchange views with similar institutions and individuals,
within its scope. The publications of every year appear at the beginning
of the next year.
